Terms of Service

Updated 10 September 2026

These terms govern the use of Torumata, operated by Hatteria labs s.r.o. They describe what the service does, how credits work, and when we refund. By using the service you agree to them.

Torumata (torumata.com) is operated by Hatteria labs s.r.o., company ID 29938589, registered office at Klatovská třída 2308/172, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Plzeň, section C, file 48941 (the “Operator”).

Contact: email support@torumata.com, phone +420 705 911 209. Company details are on the About page.

Torumata audits how ready a website is for AI search. It crawls the domain you enter, runs technical checks and, depending on what you select, further steps: content analysis by a language model, SEO checks, speed measurement, accessibility, colors and design. You get a score, specific findings, files ready to deploy (a robots.txt patch, JSON-LD snippets, llms.txt) and a report.

An audit is made of modules. Before you start it, you see which modules will run and what they cost in credits; the price is calculated from the size of your site, not from a flat price list.

Torumata is not continuous monitoring. A repeated (“scheduled”) audit is an ordinary audit started at a fixed interval, not surveillance between runs.

The free audit crawls a fixed sample of 12 pages and estimates the size of the whole site. You can run it once per calendar month for each domain, regardless of how many credits you hold, and without a payment card.

We protect the service with technical limits against abuse: the number of projects per account and the number of audit attempts per day, per project and per account. If you exceed them, we do not start the audit and we tell you why.

An account is created by registering with an email address and a password. The email address must be verified before you start your first audit; until it is, we will not start one.

During registration you confirm your agreement with these terms. Without that agreement, registration does not go through.

You may only run an audit on a domain you own or administer. Torumata visits the site as an ordinary technical tool, respects robots.txt and identifies itself with its own User-Agent, GeoAuditBot. More about that on the About our bot page.

An audit result is a recommendation, not a guarantee. Torumata distinguishes three strengths of claim: a necessary condition (for example indexability: without it a search engine will not find the content), a documented effect (for example links to sources and citations in the text, which measurably increase the chance of being cited by a language model) and undocumented practices (for example schema.org, llms.txt) that we apply because they do no harm, but whose benefit for visibility in AI answers is not backed by independent measurement.

Torumata does not guarantee any ranking, citation or specific visibility in the answers of language models; that is outside the Operator's control.

Paid audit steps are paid for with credits. Credits are bought in packs (10 credits for €10, 20 for €18, 50 for €42 and 100 for €80), so one credit works out at roughly one euro. The prices shown are final, VAT included.

Buying a pack is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged without your action. Credits from a purchase do not expire. Credits granted in other ways (for example from an invitation to an organisation, or manually by support) may have a limited validity; where they do, you see it in your credit history.

When an audit starts we deduct a cap, the highest amount the audit can cost at that scope. Once it finishes we charge only for the pages actually processed and return the difference to your account as “Audit settlement”. The one exception is the surcharge for an extended deep-check scope, if you choose one; that is part of the price and is not returned.

Your balance and every credit movement (purchase, consumption, settlement and refund) are in the Credits section of the app.

If you set up a repeated audit, credits are spent automatically on each run. If you do not have enough credits for a run, we do not start the audit, we skip that run and we send you an email.

Credits are not money. Outside the refund rules below they cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to another account.

Credits are sold through Armitage Labs OÜ (Creem), registered in Estonia at Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, registry code 16977866, acting as Merchant of Record. That means your purchase contract for credits is with Creem: Creem takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles the tax for your country and technically carries out refunds as well. On the basis of that payment, the Operator delivers the service itself: the audit.

We charge in euros. Pack prices are final, VAT included: the tax is itemised on the receipt but is not added on top of the price shown.

Creem emails you a payment confirmation and an invoice right after the purchase. You can also find them later in the Creem customer portal, which you open in the app through the “Invoices and payments” link in the Credits section. They appear there after your first paid order.

Buying credits is a distance contract. Within 14 days of the purchase you may withdraw without giving a reason. Just write to support@torumata.com; we ask for no form and no explanation. You may also use the model form further down this page, but you do not have to.

You start a paid audit by expressly requesting it: before a paid audit or a paid step starts, you tick a box that is never pre-ticked: “I request that the audit start right now, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.” Without it we do not start a paid audit. A free audit needs no such request; it is not performance for payment. With a repeated (monitored) audit, credits are drawn according to the schedule you set earlier; no separate confirmation is shown for each run.

Once an audit or step started this way has been performed in full, the right to withdraw from the contract for it ceases. This always concerns only the audit or step that ran, not the whole credit purchase and not the credits you have left.

For unspent credits the right of withdrawal remains in full force. If you withdraw, we return the money we received from that purchase and set off only the proportional part for the performance provided up to the withdrawal. That proportional part is exactly the credits you have already spent, so in practice you get back the amount matching your unspent credits.

The credits themselves are subject to no deadline: they do not expire, so you can use them much later. The 14-day period concerns refunds of money, not the validity of credits.

We return in two ways: credits go back to your account in the app, money is returned by Creem to the payment method you used.

When a purchase is refunded and you have already spent part of its credits, we deduct only as many credits as your balance actually holds; it never goes below zero, and the loss on credits you already used is ours. Audits that have already run, and their reports, stay yours.

  • An unspent purchase within 14 days: we refund the whole amount and the credits from that purchase disappear from your balance.
  • A partly spent purchase within 14 days: we refund the amount matching the credits you have not spent, and only the credits corresponding to that refunded amount disappear from your balance. Nothing needs to be evened out by hand.
  • An audit failed through an error on our side: the credits come back automatically, you do not have to ask. You will see a “Refund” row in the history and you can start the audit again right away.
  • An audit failed because the domain was unreachable or because robots.txt disallowed crawling: the credits are not returned automatically. That is a deliberate safeguard against repeatedly crawling somebody else's site; write to us and we will look at it individually.
  • We did not deliver what we promised. If an audit finished but a paid step did not produce its output, that is a defect: we return the credits for that step, or the money.
  • Creem may also refund an order on its own initiative where the law or consumer protection rules require it, where card schemes or payment providers demand it, in the case of a technical error or a duplicate payment, or on suspicion of fraud or a purchase dispute. The credits from such an order then disappear from your balance.

We would rather say this up front than have you find it out when you ask:

  • Dissatisfaction with the result. A low score, or a finding you disagree with, is not a defect: an audit measures the state of a site, it does not guarantee the outcome.
  • An unmet expectation of better visibility in AI answers. We give no such guarantee (see The nature of the results), so it cannot be claimed as a defect either.
  • Credits spent on audits and steps that were performed in full: you yourself requested their immediate start, so the right of withdrawal for them has ceased. Unspent credits stay with you and do not expire.

Write to support@torumata.com from the email address you registered with and say what the request concerns: a purchase (you will find it under “Invoices and payments”) or a specific audit. For withdrawal within 14 days you do not need to give a reason.

Withdrawing within the 14-day period is your right, not a request. We approve nothing and we do not ask why. We refund the money without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day your withdrawal reached us, using the same means of payment you paid with.

The refund is technically carried out by Creem; how quickly the amount then appears in your account also depends on your bank. The 14-day deadline, however, binds us. For other requests (such as an individual assessment of credits for an unreachable domain) we reply without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest.

You can also ask Creem directly at support@creem.io or through its customer portal, since Creem is the seller and holds the payments. Please write to us as well, so we know what should happen to your account and credits.

These instructions follow the model instructions laid down by Czech Government Regulation No. 29/2023 Coll. They apply to you if you are a consumer, that is, if you are buying outside your trade or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hatteria labs s.r.o., Klatovská třída 2308/172, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, phone +420 705 911 209, email support@torumata.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You do not have to use it; any unequivocal statement will do. Send it by email to support@torumata.com or by post to our registered office.

Report a defect in the service (for example an audit that did not finish because of an error on our side, or a paid step that did not produce its output) to support@torumata.com.

When you file a complaint we will issue you a written confirmation: by email, stating the date you filed it, what it concerns, how you want it resolved, and the contact we will use to tell you the outcome.

We handle complaints without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest, and we send you a confirmation of the date and manner of settlement, or a written explanation if we rejected it. If we do not settle a complaint within that period, you may withdraw from the contract or ask for a reasonable discount.

Any money we owe you because of a defect is returned no later than 14 days from the day you exercised your rights from defective performance. The 30-day period for handling a complaint does not override this shorter deadline for the money.

Your rights from defective performance come from the law and these terms do not limit them.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, the choice of Czech law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

Disputes between the Operator and a consumer can be resolved out of court before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) as the body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

The Operator may amend these terms to a reasonable extent; the current wording is always on this page. A material change will be announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Until it takes effect you may reject the change and terminate the contract for that reason. Just write to support@torumata.com. Credits bought before the change are governed by the wording in force at the time of purchase.
